Born in country NSW and went to school and university in Geelong and Melbourne.

After working for one of the large accounting firms for a number of years, moved to industry in a variety of accounting, management and consulting roles in:

• agribusiness;
• air compressor manufacturing;
• furniture manufacturing and retailing;
• EAP counselling;
• ship building;
• print industry manufacturing;
• soaps, detergent and phosphate manufacturing;
• long haul transport;
• tomato packing;
• apricot, nectarine & peach growing and;
• civil & construction engineering.

I have had a broad range of experiences and roles in large and small businesses across a wide range of industries in both urban and rural environments. Most of my latter experience has been working with business owners and managers to provide accurate and timely accounting numbers and advice.

My passion is to help businesses overcome some of the hurdles that cause lack of business growth. Once businesses allow themselves the time to really work out what they are good at, then with some small changes, they boost performance. I like to work closely with the businesses owners and managers, drawing upon my knowledge gained in 25 years of professional experience.
